After 44 years in the 'workplace' I am now retired (!) I attend craft fairs, mind body & spirit fairs, fetes, shows, workshops on colour & Angel therapy. I design & create my items, well priced so offering 'affordable healing' & relief from stress!

All feel good factors, Angel Wishes, Guardian Angel Wishing Stones, Little bags of Crystals, Angels, Rainbow Moonbeads (chakra cleansing) Handbag charms just dripping with crystals, mini handbag charms Faith Hope & Love and Peace, Love, & Harmony.

Items that my local craft shop (Creative Hands, Dormanstown) doesn't stock such as beads, charms, crystals, organza and satin bags, liberty bells

Useful and useless information! Including diploma courses on Crystal and Colour Therapy, and Aromatherapy. Anything that promotes positive thinking - don't see problems, just solutions!

David Copperfield, Jane Eyre, and anything by Maeve Binchy, she has a way of including me in her 'circle of friends' I get so emotional when I get to the last page and have to say goodbuy to them all!

Shawshank Redemption, Indiana Jones, Star Wars, JFK, The Mission, Once upon a time in America, The Commitments and ALL musicals, but favourites still are South Pacific, Sound of Music, West Side Story

U2, REM, Crowded House, George Michael, Barbra Streisand, most 'modern jazz' bands/groups, I have an excellent record collection that I should sell but my memories are worth more than the price I would get for them!

All the soaps though they are getting a little crazy now! crime, thrillers, hospital dramas.

Colour therapy has been around since Ancient Egyptian and Chinese times. It has such a great effect on giving us a little lift when our spirits are jaded. Choosing a colour says something about our personality or if you are drawn to a colour you dislike could mean a part of your personality or body that needs a little healing. We can also give messages with what we wear, a navy blue suit says we can be trusted! Yellow brings hope, joy and optimism, and of course we believe everything these slimming pill manufacturers say because they are wearing a white coat!! I strongly believe in the power of crystals and use natural products es in my items using only plastic for colour or dramatic effect
