Hi everyone! Since my 2 sons (age 33 & 14 !) dragged me into the 21st century and introduced me to ebay in 2008 I have become an ebay addict! So much so that I have given up the day job and now use my 37 years experience in jewellery to sell on ebay.

Art nouveau jewellery, French vintage jewellery, Victorian jewellery, Arts & crafts jewellery, Art Deco jewellery. Vintage lockets, antique bangles.

English, Apallingly bad French.

Bargain hunting !especially in French fleamarkets and brocantes, dog walking, cooking.

Anything by Joanne Harris, Agatha Christie.

Most things from Indie to classical, BUT NOT JAZZ!(long story involving ex husband jazz musician)

Poirot, Miss Marple, Antiques road show (so I can shout at 'experts' who know less than my 13 year old !

Mostly I love working on Ebay, it is the best invention in the last 50 years, But I don't like to see long monologues in the listing which threaten non payers with all kinds of retribution. Something I am enjoying greatly is the interesting and sometimes entertaining people you meet on Ebay. Before becoming an ardent ebayer I would never have dreamed that in the space of a day I would be chatting on line with people from Hong Kong , Japan, United States , Canada & Australia !I have made some really good friends since I started selling on ebay.

I have been a working jeweller for the last 37 years . I started a retail company in the early 80s specialising in sterling silver and built the business to 3 shops within 10 years. I employed other working jewellers in our in house workshop where we made pieces to order and offered a full jewellery repair service. My own speciality being the repair and restoration of antique jewellery.I have always enjoyed restoring antique jewellery and have built up my knowledge of it over the years. There is still a lot I don't know and I enjoy and appreciate contact from other ebayers who can fill in gaps in my knowledge. In my experience you never stop learning in this interesting field.

I prefer Paypal as it is safe and easy but am always open to alternative means of payment such as UK postal orders or cheques by arrangement.

I will always endeavor to charge only what it cost me, frequently I charge less than actual cost. I will give options for secure tracked postage where appropriate.All items are sent boxed and well packed.

Having been in retail for over 20 years I believe that a happy customer is a repeat customer so I will accept returns within 14 days and will issue a refund (excluding postage) for whatever reason
