I aim to dispatch all items within two working daysof payment receipt. I prefer ParcelForce for more bulky and expensive items. For smaller valuable items I will use recorded delivery with insurance where applicable. I re-use pacakaging wherever possible.

I aim to provide accurate descriptions on all of my items. However, if your purchase is not as you had expected, return within 7 days in original condition and packaging and I will provide a full refund including the original postage costs. I require, however, that you pay for the cost of returning the item to me.
