Default shipping is by Royal Mail Standard Packet Rate if sent from our head office in the United Kingdom or TNTpost if sent from our branch in the Netherlands. Other services are available on request only. Postage is always at the current rate. Lost / Damaged in Transit Items An item being lost or damaged is a really rare event - but it can happen. Unfortunately due to serial fraudsters in the community we now insist that the recipient initiates the compensation claim with Royal Mail. We will however provide the Proof of Postage and Proof of Payment so that honest people can successfully claim in the event that the item really is lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for items lost / damaged or delayed in the Post - This is because Royal Mail have been contracted and paid to deliver the items we have placed with them. Whilst problems are rare we will replace or refund any items that is defective, even though as retailers we have no control over the manufacturing process. However, we must be informed of any problems within 7 days and before returning any item. Unarranged returns will not be accepted. Items must be in the same condition as received and refunds will not include the postage and handling charge. The most important thing is to talk to us as we will resolve any genuine problem. Goods are tested upon receipt and if not found to be faulty a 20% re-stocking charge will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
