Korean red ginseng is a great herb. If use correctly, it enhances one's health greatly. I have a weak spleen-stomach system according to traditional chinese medicine. After taking korean red ginseng, my appetite has improved greatly. Many aspects of my general health has also improved. I get a cold only once a year instead of 3-5 times every year. I feel great generally and can concentrate much better, less dizziness due to lack of sleep. In short, this herb has help me greatly.

The Gaesung is very well, i like it! I drink it when i need energy in the morning or when i'm tired in the afternoon after a hard work day. Very satisfied!

Hello! Please feel free to leave an entry in this guest book. I would particularly welcome comments on the Korean red ginseng that I have sold. For example, Information on the different ways you have taken red ginseng powder and extract and the health benefits you feel you have gained from using it. I for one, use the Gaesung and Cheong Kwan Jang extracts on a regular basis these days. I have noticed that I get fewer colds than I did before taking red ginseng. Furthermore, I have also noticed that recovery time from colds and strenuous exercise is reduced. It's great stuff! Cheers, mackie4515
