we keep postage and packaging to cost . which is made up of postage cost, packaging, box, jiffy or mailer, labels for clear address instructions, and a small amount for time at the post office getting proof of postage on all items sent.

happy to accept returns up to 7 days if notified beforehand that you are returning an item and have a returns number issued by us. We will not refund postage and packaging costs only the cost of the item/s you are returning as this is a cost we cannot recover.
