Hi we are an Australian eBay seller! That means out office, warehouse and stock is in Australia not overseas!
All our item are freepost item so there are no additional charges for shipping, regardless of this we still send your item with tracking and signature required, so you get the best possible delivery. If you are out or postie is one of those that knocks real quiet your item will be taken to your local post office or carrier depot for collection or re-delivery (a card should be left but sometimes the dog eats it, the wind takes it or postie was slack).
Don't forget that if you buy 3 or more of any freepost item from us than you are going to get 10% paid back to your PayPal account or if paying by bank transfer or deposit then just take off the 10% yourself before paying
Hey please don’t break stuff and then email us and say it was damaged because that is so yesterday.
We don’t intentionally try to mislead anyone with the description or the photo but we can and do make mistakes, we are only human! However if you are not sure of what is meant by a description, quantity or price, please send us an email to clarify but if you have any doubt about the item then it is best not to buy it to avoid disappointment
If we send you the wrong stuff we will pay for returns. If you make a mistake we will still take it back but it's gotta still look good to sell when we get it and you have to pay for the post to get it back to us.
We work as fast as we can and try to get your order sent within 2 working days. Don’t forget though that postie can only go as fast as the speed limits allow so please wait at least a week before sending us a ‘where is my item email’
And don’t forget it could be sitting at the post office waiting for you. And remember to check the tracking for up to date info
However there are a few reasons why you might not get your item.
It could get lost in the post
It could get damaged in transit and returned to us
The item was damaged in our warehouse
We stuffed up
If this does happen to you please let us know in case we have missed something and do not know, we will do our best to get it fixed up
Leaving negative or neutral feedback is just plain daft. Every one affects our visibility with everything we sell and all it does is make us feel sad. All we want to fix any problem you have with us so just drop us an email before leaving any feedback if you are feeling ticked off about anything the feedback area is not the place to fix up stuff ups
