Payment policy
Only Paypal payments, UK drawn Postal Orders, UK Cheques or Bank Transfers accepted.
All transactions have to be completed in £ sterling even if you are an overseas customer. This is due to high bank charges in exchanging your money.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS : I do not accept checks. Payment can be made by PayPal, in GB£ or US$.
Paypal is my preferred method of payment as this makes claims easier with Royal Mail. If Paypal is used, parcels are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of transaction.
If you need something urgently, please email me as it may be possible to prioritise your order.
Buyer to pay for item within 5 days of auction completion or item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left.
Delivery information
I do not take responsibility for loss or damage of parcels in transit but a certificate of posting will be retained. Every effort is taken to ensure that all items are sent in good quality packing to ensure they are secure and protected.
Certificate of posting will be deemed as proof that the seller fulfilled the contract completely.
Overseas shipping will be extra.
Any items which are returned to me due to non-collection/signature cannot be posted again unless I receive payment to cover the additional postage cost.
I reserve the right to upgrade postal services without notice.
Return policy
I am confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase as my possessions are of a high standard. Should you not be entirely happy with any item you purchase, please email me immediately so that we may resolve any issues. Negative feedback is not the best way of informing a seller of a buyers disappointment.
Items should not be returned, for whatever reason, without prior consent of the seller.
