Please don't be put-off by my relatively low DSR score for Dispatch Time: This is due to people getting confused and rating me for overall delivery time from end of auction, rather than dispatch time. Dispatch Time is the time taken for the seller to dispatch your item after receipt of cleared payment. I virtually always dispatch items the next working day after cleared payment is received; but cheques do take time to reach me and to clear - for faster dispatch please pay by Bank Transfer or uncrossed Postal Order. I also by default use 2nd class postage, to keep the cost down for buyers; but there are always other options to choose from if you'd like your item quicker.

I offer a full range of payment methods, which are clearly detailed on my Me page. Please note however that I do not accept Paypal, some of the reasons for which can be found on my Me page, and you can ask me for more details if you like - I don't bite ;-) Please rest assured that my choice not to accept Paypal is not in any way a reflection of my integrity: Please see the ACES website, my Me page, and my feedback.

Please see my Me page for comprehensive information on P&P charges and delivery. I always state on my listings the exact postal services offered, never simply 'Seller's Standard Rate', so you can always see exactly what you're getting for your money. Ebay only allows three UK postage services to be added to a listing, but often there are also others available so if you would like a different postal service please feel free to ask for a quote before bidding.

If there is any problem with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible, and before leaving feedback, and I'll do all I can to help. Please see the ACES Code of Practice for reassurance. For complete peace of mind, you can return an item for any other reason, including if you simply change your mind, and the policy below (after 'Contact information') applies:

Item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received, which includes coming from a smoke-free environment; items are NON-REFUNDABLE once taken into a smoky environment. Refund will be given, minus the standard eBay listing and final value fees to cover the cost of re-listing, once the item is received in satisfactory condition. Postage charges are not refundable and return postage is the buyer's responsibility. For 'Free' postage items, the actual cost of postage (as shown on the postage label) will be deducted from the refund. I must be notified by email, and you must wait for my response, before any item is returned. If an item is returned without these instructions being followed then no refund will be given, and the item will not be returned to the buyer unless the postage costs are paid. Items collected in person are excluded from this policy and are non-returnable (unless there is a problem - see above).

Often, as my auction prices are so low, it is unviable to return items due to postage costs; therefore if an item is unsuitable for any reason, you are welcome to re-sell it using my picture but NOT my description – you must write your own.
