I've recently retired from the US Gov't and was stationed in Japan. eBay is my hobby and keeps me very busy. I love all markets and hope I find treasures others may like.

History/background
I've been an eBayer since the late 1990's. As you see by my feedback, my small hobby has grown over those years! I've made many friends and have several regular shoppers that depend on me to pack well, offer reasonable prices and keep my inventory growing and interesting! I am slowly shifting to more American collectibles as I sell my remaining stock of Japanese items.
Payment policy
I prefer Paypal, but will take money order or personal check if the buyer has a positive feedback score of 50 or more positive points and no negatives. There is just to much funny sitff out there these days to take a chance and my low margins don't allow me to absorb bad check fees and fraud.
Delivery information
priority mail preferred....allow 5 days for this, even
though the USPS says less...I will combine shipping for mutiple purchases and even give you a discount. Somethings cannot be combined due to size or susceptibility for breakage. Please email me before you presume they can be!!!
Return policy
email me with any concerns and we my be able to work something out. On breakage, insurance is always an option, but if choose not to take it, and the delivery guy plays football with your package, I canot be responsible.

most of my items have a make an offer option. Please remember I buy to resell and pay ebay and paypal fees of approximately 15% of every item. So consider this when making offers. Low ball offers cannot be considered and are not appreciated as they waste both of our time and resources.
