PUL NAPPY FABRIC
This stuff is great, can be used for any kind of garment that needs to be waterproof. I was looking for some for ages and had to buy wholesale from Canada as I just couldn't find any. I bought enough to sell some to cover the costs, it is listed in my shop and moving slowly but surely.
