FAULTY GOODS RETURN POLICY
If you receive an item that is faulty or you feel is not as described then the follow notes will assist you in returning it and also inform you of who is responsible for what costs:
1/ Faulty Goods: The Buyer is urged to return items via tracked delivery in must be in original packaging.
Seller will refund in full including all postage costs if
the seller receives the item and it is in original condition\packaging and is faulty.
If the item is not faulty or is damaged in return transit, not in its original packaging or has not been received by seller then buyer will not usually receive a full refund. A 10% restock fee will be charged and all postage costs will be the buyers responsibility in this instance.
No refund will be given if any item returned to the seller has been damaged or clearly been used buy the buyer.
UNWANTED GOODS RETURN POLICY
2/ Unwanted Goods: I will refund buyers for unwanted goods but the buyer will be responsible for all original and return costs and will only receive the purchase price minus 10% restock fee as a refund if the goods are in same condition, in original packaging and the seller actually receives the item back (Tracked Post is recommended.
