i bought a pressure washer thought everything was fine until a few days later i had problems the seller arranged for it to be collected and new one delivered to replace it no questions asked,excellent ebayer one of the best i have dealt with,i would recommend to anyone with confidence.

Really friendly, even though the wrong item was delivered, the exchange item was delivered the very next day. Everyone makes mistakes but it's how you correct the mistakes which is just as important!! Please heed sellers warning about delivery, battery powerpack was slightly damaged, but not enough to make a real difference. Not the sellers fault and they do advise you to check parcel before signing.

To all potential customers, Credit when its due as too many people are too quick to critisize when things go wrong but seldom do they leave praise when problems are corrected, I feel this short note is deserved by the seller because of his thoughtful attitude. I purchased an IG2000 generator, which was delivered in super quick time, I ran the generator on test & it ran fine, I left my positive feedback. However when I took the generator on holiday for my caravan it ran for 20 mins stopped & failed to restart. On contacting the seller a week later a few problems to rectify it occurred & gave us both a few extra problems to deal with. But this seller went way out of his way to get things put right, with fast collection & superb contact & updates to replace it in super quick time keeping maximum customer satisfaction at all times. So If you are unsure about this seller DONT BE YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER, be well assured you will always be looked after without shadow of a doubt, Alan M
