All of my items are made to order - I very rarely have ready made items ready to personalise with a name or such. My present turn around is 7 days.

Opened my Ebay shop Cobra Castle Embroidery in September 2006 selling personalised embroidered towels and during my first year have expanded to include personalised baby items such as bibs, blankets, christening sets, baby grows, personalised Teddy bears and my newest item is a personalised Towel Cake for any occasion - birthday, wedding, engagement etc. I also offer bespoke embroidery service should you require it.

I prefer PayPal but also accept Postal Orders and Personal cheques.

I always use First Class standard postage and post most days of the week including Saturdays if necessary (During busy periods - Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day).

I do not accept returns on personalised items unless I myself have made a mistake. I send the buyer a Confirmation of Personalisation details email to minimize the possibility of mistakes - please check this carefully as once the details have been accepted I can not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes. Please give your personalisation details EXACTLY as you wish them to be embroidered ie if your personalisation details are written in UPPER CASE then they will be embroidered in UPPER CASE or if you give the date format as 5.10.08 then that is how it will be embroidered. If nothing is specified then the details will be embroidered as per listing.
