We opened our first retail outlet in 1973. We have built a large loyal customer base and have been serving some customers since the day we first opened. We are now serving their offspring, so we must be doing something right? We appreciate that we are nothing without our customers, therefore customer satisfaction is very important to us.
You can purchase from us with confidence, secure in the knowledge that you will receive a square deal, if you’re not happy then neither are we, we pride ourselves on getting it right!
Payment policy
Paypal is the simplest way to pay, we accept cheques that are drawn on a UK bank, overseas cheques are not acceptable as they incur high fees when banked. Money transfer and postal orders etc are also acceptable. If in doubt contact us, contact details below.
Delivery information
Items are sent by Royal Mail or Courier. Shipping costs include secure packaging and wrapping. Items sent by Royal Mail go 2nd class unless a customer requests something different. (This may incur additional postal costs). Please allow extra delivery time at weekends, bank holidays, Christmas etc.
Overseas buyers please check shipping costs, especially if you are purchasing a large/heavy item before bidding. Anything over 2kg can be very expensive to ship.
If a number of items are being shipped overseas and in total the weight is more that 2kg, we can split the items into two or more parcels, which helps keep the shipping costs low.
Return policy
If something goes wrong you will not be out of pocket. We cover any return postage costs, as well as sending you a replacement if applicable, otherwise we will offer a full refund. We ask all customers to contact us if they are not happy, we will resolve all and any problem. There should never be any need to leave us poor feedback, we are an honest and fair company.

Customer satisfaction
Once you have made a purchase the item will be shipped the same day, (if paid for) if it is purchased late in the day it will not be shipped until the following day. This does not apply at weekends, bank holidays etc when the Post Office and Courier services are closed. If in the unlikely event something goes wrong we will sort the problem to your satisfaction. Unfortunately we have no control over the post office or Couriers.
However if they loose or damage an item we will see that you do not suffer any loss, we will then take the matter up with them. You can therefore bid with confidence. Our email address and telephone number is shown above should you wish to contact us.
