Delivery information
I work out prices from the Royal Mail website and send most things out either First Class or Second Class (plus recorded if required), the price will include an allowance to buy any envelopes or packing materials and so on.
Some items may benefit from postage insurance, when this is the case I show it as an optional extra and while I recommend insuring expensive items I leave the choice to you rather than force it on you.

Got a problem with something you bought?
In the unlikely event that I send goods out (as a seller) and there is a problem with the item please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do whatever I can to fix it, I am not a shop or business but I will do whatever I am able to help solve any problems, if needed I will provide my BT landline number or my BT homehub number or my mobile number if you don't like using email or Skype you can even write to me if you want to, I would like to think somebody else would do the same for me if I needed any help after buying an item.
I leave feedback as soon as a cleared payment is received, I do not hold you to ransom to leave it first like I see elsewhere but it is always nice too get some just so I know you received the item.
Got a problem with my payment?
If I have purchased something from you and I have not paid straight away please contact me and I will sort it out, I never bid unless I am 100% sure I want the item and am willing to pay for it straight away, if in the unlikely event I need some time before paying I would of already emailed and asked you in advance.
I do not leave negative or neutral feedback without a good reason, if in the unlikely event I have a problem with an item I always try to contact the seller (you) and sort it out first, leaving bad feedback I feel is a last resort.
