Modifications required
Had trouble getting a stable temp from the start!
The charcoal pan isn’t big enough and not enough air flow. Modified the water pan by adding a few vent holes and fitted a wire grate, then used this instead. Made a new water bowl to replace it,now burns ok. Temp gauge reads 15c lower Than top level grill
