Lost item in the post
If a item get's lost in the post i will give a full refund,please give upto 15 day's for your item to get to you as this is the time limit set by the royal mail,Once this time limit is up and you still have no item then i will put in a claim form which this takes about 5 - 7 day's,Once i get the cheque though from the royal mail i will then give a full refund with postage cost,In some cases i will refund the buyer after the 15 days and you will not have to wait till i get paid,
