I read the same authors...love crime fiction. Lincoln Rhymes reminds me of Nero Wolf with sidekick Archie. Nero never leaves his home, like Lincoln.

You're absolutely right about the forensic stuff. Since my post I've read the "Book of the Dead" and had to force myself through a good share of it. Her new technic of giving each character their own time seems to interupt the flow and confuse the reader. Also, like you said, she doesn't find out the killer by looking at dead bodies anymore. It's a team of people who at one point will get a lucky break. Maybe it's time to put this series to bed (Although I do want to find out what happened to Pete Marino). Also, I don't care for all the bickering between the characters. I'll have to take your word on the computer stuff. What facts I don't know doesn't make any difference in the story line though. Sorry for not checking my My World page for a long time.

With regards to Patricia Cornwell, I'm the opposite. I liked her earlier books where the characters solved the mysteries by gathering forensic clues and solving the puzzles. When she started gunning down criminals, it got to be a bit much for me. Also, she really needs to find a real computer hacker or cracker to advise her. She must be using some MSCE, because most of the computer data is false. Annoying to a geek like me. The only time I read her now is when all of "my" other authors are between books.

All About Me

What everyone should know about me
I've found out after years of working for others that my current boss is the hardest on me. That being myself. I'm afraid of bad feedback, therefore I will work hard to get the books out as fast as I can in the condition I described.

My Favorite Card Game
I love to play cards. I've invented a trick taking card game called Queen's Dungeon, that I'd like to share with interested card players. It involves lots of strategy and the game can change course at any given moment. I have rules for 2-8 players.

Business Information

History/background
I've been selling books online since 2002, starting with Half.com. I was selling mostly non-fiction originally, even when I started eBay auctions. Since then I started selling hardcover fiction and currently about 95% paperback fiction. I started my current store in February 2006. I've steadily increased the amount of books in my store and have eclisped the 1,200 mark. Almost all are massmarket paperbacks. I try to find books that are not run-of-the-mill for my store. By listing single books of harder to find series, it helps someone who maybe just looking for that one title. Also by keeping my shipping and handling low, I hope to encourage people to buy more than one. When they buy that third book, it can make the transaction cheaper than other sites sometimes.

Payment policy
I take Pay Pal, Checks and Money Orders. It helps me out immensely if you finish the checkout process after being invoiced. Buy doing that, I have an indication as to how you're going to pay and it gives me a packing slip I can print off my email. Also, I'm willing to combine shipping when you purchase more than one auction or listing. I just ask that you let me invoice you before you make payment. Going in and doing partial refunds on shipping is time consuming and I will not do it in most cases.

Delivery information
In most cases I ship next business day (Mon-Fri)after being paid. I will ship on Saturday sometimes if I'll be in an area that I know where the post office is. Saturday is my main book scouting day and post offices carry irregular hours. Please note that I ship via a third party (USPS) and cannot control how long the package takes to arrive. Note the shipping date on the post mark. That is what I can control. I purchase insurance and delivery according to my own discretion. If you want those items, you can always add those amounts to your payment. Please be sure your addresses on your eBay and Pay Pal accounts are current. Extra shipping charges because of wrong address are the responsibility of the buyer. Also, if you need me to ship to a different address, send me a separate email. Sometimes the Pay Pal notice gets lost in cyber space.

Return policy
Email me about any problems.

Contact information
I answer all questions involving completed sales. If I don't answer back right away, it's because I dont spend 100% of the time in front of my computer, although sometimes it feels like it. I'll try to resolve any problems that might arise. I'll answer most questions about my auctions or listings if the answer isn't already found in the listing. Please read the whole listing before asking a question. I try to keep my listings pretty simple, but I do make mistakes sometimes. If you see I've made one, please inform me.

Foreign Shipments
With the new USPS changes and higher rates, I know that it isn't very cost effective sometimes. If you're buying for your own collection, it can still be a good value compared to buying new. I'm basically putting a standard shipping price for all paperbacks but please ask about individual ones that may be smaller and lighter. I may be able to reduce the costs a little. I haven't been able to change all my prices because any listing where I had more than one copy originally available on one listing, I'm not able to change without closing the listing and restarting it again. Since that'll be very time consuming, you'll still get to pay the old shipping fee for these listings. Please note though that they will be shipped first class international though and not Global Priority.

Importance of Completing Checkout
By completing the checkout process, it makes for an easier transaction for both of us. By paying immediately by Pay Pal, you're automatically completing this process. When you intend to pay at a later date or are sending your payment through the mail, it's important to let me know. It lets me know when I can expect payment and gives me an easy packing slip to send with your order. For you, it makes my ability to communicate with you much better and it puts an end to those pesky reminder emails that eBay sends you. If you intend to pay by Pay Pal but can't right away, or you're waiting for my other auctions to end, it's still important to let me know. I'm very easy to deal with and will work with you to the best of my ability. Having no communication from you after you purchase an item is stressful, especially when it drags on. I try to send emails to every buyer when I ship out your item. Please try to have the same respect for me when after you select one of my items.
