This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with EBay. I opened the package and found the soles on both shoes had separated. I contacted the seller ; he was snarky and maintained that the shoes were shipped in good condition. He also said not his fault once I wore them. Trouble is, I just arrived home from a trip and didn’t even try them on. Horrible customer service, but it’s just not worth my time to pursue the matter. WILL NEVER BUT FROM THIS SITE AGAIN

Soles were in tact when the sandals were sent (see photos). I explained to the buyer that they can return them, but I could only offer a 50% refund because they are being sent back in a condition different from when they are sent. Not sure how they can go from intact to separated without being worn. If you buy a pair of shoes from a store, take them home and return them without soles the next day, they're not going to give you a full refund since the product is not the same as when it was sold.
