Surprisingly successful!
Surprisingly, it works, or it did for me. I have for many, many years had to have my ears syringed at least once a year.. It usually took 2 visits to the doctor/nurse, spaced a week apart, to do the job. I've tried softening with olive oil or sodium bicarbonate,,,,both seem equally effective. This process should be done daily or twice daily for at least a week before syringing.
With this kit I only needed to do this once. I had a 2nd go 4 days later but got no more wax out.
You can't really do it by yourself, it's a 2 person job.
