Lovely item, as described, and had been given a thorough waxing by the seller prior to delivery. Communication regarding delivery arrangements and negotiation of delivery cost was first rate. The seller arrived promptly at the time arranged, was friendly and courteous, and helped bring the item right to the desired spot in the house and to assemble it and apply protective felt feet. She also provided some additional historical information about the piece. Ideal experience - highly recommended.
