I had an initial question about and possible purchase of a memory stick from the seller (Micahel151256). Seller did not attempt to sell his product to me; only if it would definitely solve my problem of slow computer speed. Very good and helpful advice was offered by seller without prompting purchase of memory stick. Time has also been sacrificed on seller's part to deal with every question I've had. I would feel very confident about buying a product from this seller, both in terms of good price and in terms of customer care. Steven Robinson
