Essential Massage
2 of 2 found this helpful Ibought this DVD because I am doing a course in Swedish Massage, hoping it would help me with the techniques.
The video is very dated in style and the explanation of techniques is very superficial.
It would be OK if you were wanting just a little knowledge to allow you to try massage with your partner but not as a medium for learning any real technique

Don't go near, no wonder so many people are trying to offload them.
Poor performance and my TV is only about 3 metres max from my sofa. Lots of noise and feedback. Had to balance transmitter so it was directly in line with head to even hear any of TV sound.
