Absolute bargain , great reviews on the halogen oven, and supposed to be one if , if not , the best oven available. The oven was well packaged and arrived swiftly and fully tracked throughout. Great seller and great product, cannot fault this seller , who has sold nearly three thousand of these ovens , so far ... No wonder why , for all the above reasons.

Disgusting customer service I received an oven which had many scratches and it arrived dirty as if it had been used previously. I was then told I had to pay for the postage cost because the box arrived damaged back to them which is beyond my control as I returned it on perfect condition to Royal Mail. They clearly are liars who just didn’t want to cover the return cost. I also bought a replacement Which is faulty the product turns completely off whilst using I would avoid this company

had no problem with seller and would use again. Halogen oven was very good value and am very pleased with it ,Next day shipment as promised, but it took 5 days to arrive. seller did everything possible to solve the problem but the fault was all the couriers,and they did apologise.
