I started selling on Ebay June 2004 originally buying items from sellers and then decided to dip my toes in to the online retail selling market. During this time I gradually moved from auction selling to basic shop to a featured shop during the month of November 2008. As a result I re-branded my business name from English Rose Plus Size Fashions to Divas @ Large also incorporating Dudes @ Large catering mainly to the fuller figured person. It is a small business that provides a fast and friendly service to all my customers and I am eager to answer any questions you may have about any item listed.

UK customers can pay via Pay Pal and Postal Orders; whilst all overseas customers please pay through Pay Pal only. Anything won by auction or best offer must be paid for within 5 working days and all buy it now items require immediate payment through Pay Pal. If no payment is received Ebay will be notified and a non payment strike will be applied to your account. I never like to do this so please if you need more time to pay it just takes an email through contact seller and something can be arranged thanks.

Divas @ Large posts daily provided your item is paid for prior to 3pm whenever possible,(proof of posting is always obtained). Also if purchasing in large quantities please email for postage discounts. Please bare in mind that all postal charges will include any packaging costs, but this will not be refunded should an item be returned I am a very small company and like to keep my prices as low as possible. DURING BANK HOLIDAYS SUCH AS EASTER, CHRISTMAS, VALANTINES DAY AND SO ON I POST DAILY IN ORDER THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ITEM IN PLENTY OF TIME AND SOMETIMES WILL POST TWICE DAILY.

All items must be returned within 14 working days with labels still attached and in an unworn condition. I will offer exchanges should stock allow or a shop credit note or refund to your paypal account the choice is yours. No postal charges will be refunded.

Should an item go missing it is Royal Mails policy that 2 weeks should pass before putting in a lost parcel claim so please be patient I will endeavour to resolve the situation amicably (thankfully this is rare).
