I am a fair person i try to sell only good quality items, as you can probabaly see from my feedback the majority of the items i have sold are in excellent condition and some at bargain prices, however, any problems and i am happy to try and resolve.

i am a nursery nurse who works with children who have special educational needs in an sen school i have been doing this for the last 8 years, i am also mum to two beautiful boys, i have been selling and buying on ebay for quite a few years now, and enjoy doing it as a part time hobbie

i am happy to accept paypal. cheques, postal orders, but you must be aware before bidding on my items that i will dispatch items as soon as payments have cleared not before.

i send all of my items by royal mail second class and they usually arrive within a few of days of postage. I always offer postal insurance and it is up to you the buyer to decide if you want this. If for any reason an item doesn't arrive please be aware that i always keep the receipts of postage and will contact the postal service to try and find out where parcels may be. However, after recently contacting royal mail about a mislayed package i have been made aware that i cannot claim to find out where a parcel may have been mislayed untill 15 days after the date of postage, i am happy to do this to ensure that my buyers get the best service from me. I offer discount prices on combine postage, add items to the heaviest item of postage cost for only £1 (per each additional item). Please will you let me know if you are looking to buy multiple items so i can invoice discount postage. my dispatch time is usually 3-4 working days, working days i class as mon - fri

If for any reason buyers are disappointed with my items once received i am happy to give a refund on the condition that the item is returned to me and buyer covers cost of return postage, once recieved i will refund the original payment made by the buyer.
