Listing said "call if unsure on compatability before buying". I sent VIN, Eng, Reg, Auto, he only said sump to swop - no prob. Arrived late, wrong by a mile. Listing said "Buyer pays for return postage" and "eBay Money Back Guarantee" which says "If buyer receives wrong item, seller responsible for return". He repaid purchase and outward but refused return carriage, said "isnt down to seller to do compatability check", called me fraudulent, cheapskate. So I'm £70 down, his mistake. Don't trust.

We disagree with this feedback for the following reasons. 1. It did not arrive late. 2. Our stated eBay policy is that buyers pay return postage if an item does not fit and this is what we stuck to. 3. Despite having the same engine code, the customer said this did not fit, but refused to provide any photos of evidence of what was different so we could help him and his mechanic with fitment. 4. He checked this all over with his mechanic first. 5. We never called him a fraud or cheapskate.
