We are a small family run business consisting of me (Micky)and my two teenage sons who provide valuable information on latest trends and fashion. We started our business in 2007 and retailing on Ebay since 2008. As a growing business we value your feedback and comments on our service and products. REFUND & RETURN POLICY: In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase on the grounds of it not matching the original item description entirely, we will gladly offer you a refund of the total end of auction (minus the shipping charges and 10% re-listing fee). The item must be shipped back to the address communicated to you within and not beyond 7 days from the reception date. The item must be shipped back in the original condition dispatched, that is to say that, where applicable, all labels, tags, care booklets, dustbags, etc should be included intact. In no case whatsoever will a replacement or a reimbursement be done before we receive the returned item as described above. All the wording and photos in our listings are our own property and anyone found copying these will be reported to eBay and legal action may be taken.
