This seller takes care of both you and your purchase. This is a very delicate item, but was packed in a box in bubble wrap and padding, then placed in an outer box with more packing. I think if it were thrown from the top of a sky scraper, it would have landed in one piece ... much appreciated. It arrived in pristine condition. Highly recommend this seller as one who cares.

Helpful, insightful,
This is definitely a book for understanding depression I would say more for the therapist and family of someone struggling with this issue I found it a bit start- stop hearing the names of different people and then not following the story through and having to read that in three or four chapters time I had forgotten the beginning of their story,
