Paul - Inevitably we're very sorry to hear about the postage delays. We have quite deep experience of different couriers and royal mail are as reliable as any UK service - It's essential to support the post office so all those remote parts of the UK get a service private couriers would phase out or price exorbitantly & of course a post office provides much needed interaction & vital services for much of our society. Can you consider revising this? your feedback damages our Mon n Pop business.
