I first began selling on eBay in January 2006. Over the years I have sold thousands of items from wicker baskets to camping equipment & collectables. My aim is to always provide a professional, friendly & reliable service

Payment policy
I accept payment by credit/ debit card through PayPal. I'm also happy to take cheques or postal orders from UK customers in pounds sterling only. Please make cheques payable to: Michelle Williamson. Postal address: 16 Drift Close, Cirencester, Glos. GL7 1QB. Please note cheques (including PayPal e-cheques) will have to clear before items can be dispatched.

Delivery information
On receipt of cleared funds I aim to dispatch items within 48 hours. I send UK parcels up to 2kg in weight with Royal Mail, items over 2kg will be sent by courier. Proof of posting is obtained for all parcels. Postage costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the item, including packaging, as per the Royal Mail/ courier published costs. They also include all packing materials used.

Return policy
In accordance with the distance selling guarantee: If you are not happy with any product purchased, simply e-mail me stating the reason for its return: milliesbiz@aol.com, & send it back to me unused & in its original packaging for a refund, less the return postage costs within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please ensure you get proof of the return postage.
