I make sure all my items are well parcelled in bubble wrap, carded envelopes or boxed to protect them in transit.

Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Faulty goods will be inspected upon return and will only be accepted for refund at the sole discretion of the seller. Your legal rights under UK consumer protection laws are unaffected. Goods are returned at your own expense. Goods must be returned in original condition. Faulty goods can be exchanged for replacement items (no return postage charged) or for appropriate cash refund. Refunds will not include original postage charges
