Sometimes things go wrong that are out of the sellers control - no matter how hard they try. This low value item was despatched on time but the couriers did not deliver. When I informed the seller they were on it immediately, they contacted me they then sorted it with the couriers and it was delivered within hours. The important thing is that when things were not quite as they should be this seller dealt with it in a totally professional manner so thank you & The item was exactly as described
