BIBI Le Boutique started its life as a thought, then a High street shop followed by a Website. We decided to try an eBay shop after would you believe, a strange dream! It really took off! so it was goodbye to the high street shop and hello eshop!

Payment through paypal and Postal Orders, immediate payment please. We are a VAT Registered business, but to us Cats 'VAT ' is like a nasty fur ball! We swallow it, so you Kittens do not have to! Yuck!

All our products are checked before being wrapped and boxed/bagged, they are then sent 1st class recorded delivery. We try to get parcel to you within 2 working days in UK although sometimes it can take 3 days. Insurance is included in all postage and packaging prices.

All of our items originally had minor defects. We will exchange if faulty beyond fault mentioned but buyer shall have to pay return postal charges. If your item is faulty, beyond the fault mentioned in listing, please contact us first. Faulty item shall then have to be returned to us within 7 days of date of receipt, proof of date will be on the package and on 'Royal Mail' website, as all items are sent recorded delivery. Once the returned item is received, it shall be inspected for malicious damage and for wear and tear etc. Once we are satisfied that item has been returned for legitimate reason/reasons refund minus any postage shall be refunded either through paypal or by cheque if item was originally paid for by postal order.
