I love being outdoors, running, cycling, walking on the beach with my family. I am passionate about promoting fitness, confidence and wellbeing, particularly amongst women of all abilities, shapes and sizes. I am a qualified athletics coach and run sessions at my local running club - my main aim being to provide the opportunity for every runner to enjoy and get the most out of the session regardless of their ability. I want to encourage as many people as possible to realise the benefits of an active lifestyle.
