Item vanished into the courier system & Seller chased it up. Eventually it emerged a week or so later after the due delivery date, with the tracking finally stating : "Hermes reported the following about your package: not Delivered - damaged parcel." 10/10 for seller & 0/10 for the courier. Would buy again from this seller.
