Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. All items are checked before shipping. All pictures included in our listings are of the exact item on sale. Accessories (i.e. belts, bracelets) are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the listing. Refunds will only be made after items have been returned (and received) where the reason for return has been verified. Valid reasons include: Defective / damaged items – a replacement of the same item will be sent, or if unavailable, a full refund will be made including postage costs; Incorrect item – If an item is sent in error, we will refund the return postage costs and send the appropriate item; Size – if an item does not fit we will attempt to replace it with one of the required size (postage costs will be charged unless we have sent an item of the wrong size in error). Most of our stock is only available in S/M – M/L or as a ‘One Size’ garment designed to fit most people. This will always be mentioned in the listing.
