We accept PayPal. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY VINYL DECALS THAT WERE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING. All packages are packaged in brand new boxes and sealed properly. We do not control the shipping of packages once left our own facility. We put our trust into USPS and International Post offices to deliver the packages in a timely manner as they state and in the new condition that was received by us. We are not liable for lost packages to United States or International.

We ship within 1 business day. If you are ordering for the Holidays, be sure to order soon the better. We will get your item out within business 1 day, however, we aren't responsible for USPS if they are backed up with holiday packages. Sooner the better! :) Contact me if you have any concerns. If purchased one of our items that needs a Color Choice from you, and we do not hear from you within 2 business days, we will ship in out default color Black. Vinyl wall decals are custom orders. Nothing is pre-cut. It is cut when you order it. If we've made an error we will promptly take care of it and take full responsibility. If you ordered your decal and are trying to stick it on a surface that we did not recommend, we are not liable. Refunds will be given to UNUSED decals only. Once received in original condition in original box, refund will be issued minus shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. Exchanges can also be made within 14 days of delivery for UNUSED items only. Return the UNUSED decal back to us at your expense. You will also include $2.95(economy shipping) or $5.95(priority shipping) with the package for the shipment of the NEW decal that you want. Customer is responsible for both shipping the original decal to us and shipment of the new decal in return.
