I try to be fair with p&p and use recycled stuff if I can. I will refund money if I go over the top with the charges cos I estimate them.

I have never had anything returned. but if it was that bad I would refund the money

people who can't be bothered to e-mail me if they have a problem, then leave negative feed back. some people were born to moan!!!!

Our local Air Ambulane, Oxfam (yes they do work in GB to) our local hospice, and the shaw trust.
