Looks much better than original, but...
But it is let down by the installation. There is no way it go through the knob and its pretty much impossible to take the knob off. This means the gaiter needs to be ripped a bit and then re-stitch once in place which makes it close to impossible to leave no mark and keep the quality of other stitching. Still, the look and texture is much closer to the rest of the dash, so all in all I am happy with the purchase. Just prepare good needle and away you go.
