I will only accept paypal balance, credit cards through paypal or personal cheques.

I will almost always send things via Royal Mail, this is as if you are not home to recieve the sorting office is usually quite close! If you want to use another provider I will do my best to use them. I will always try to recycle packaging where possible but not when it compromises the safety of the delivery.

If there is a problem, please email me and I will do what I can to sort it out. If an item is dead on arrival, I will either send you a replacement, refund you, or give you the appropriate information to claim from the postal insurance.
