upgrading? good place to start
i looked for ages to find a set of cheap ram, and found this, so i bought two of them, and never had any problems with it, the computer runs sooo much faster with this ram than the other brand i had in before... it may put people off that it's not a named brand like corsair or fastmem, but it really is on the same if not a better par than those brands.

Easy to install
I've done one of these installations before, so i knew the basic idea, this kit is very easy to install, and on the renault clio i fitted it to, there was no need to remove the bumper, as there was ample access, a grommet for the wiring, in the perfect place, and instead of running the wires to the front of the car, i stowed the display under a speaker housing in the back, so the beep is still audible, and i don't have wires all over the place, for the price, it's a great item to have to improve an older car with some mod-cons without breaking the bank, the beep is a bit annoying though, very tinny compared to the last one i had which sounded more OEM

alpine speakers - love or hate?
i once bought four of these, brand new from halfords, cost me an arm and a leg, and i quickly found, that despite their small size, and the relative low power that they run at, they are one of the most all-round good speakers on the market in my opinion... for example, over the sony's which i'd had previously, i found they gave a much clearer sounding response to quick changes in volume, and to higher volumes, without distorting, at all.... the only problem i ever had with them was the lack of a protective grille over the speakers i had in my old set, which meant that i had to be careful with them when mounted flush into a door panel or in a door build, the best place for these is really as a replacement for o.e speakers, behind the better grill that comes as standard on cars.... overall rating - 8/10
