INSURANCE Is an option on all listings, it will cover you against loss or damage once the item has been shipped. By not taking out insurance you waive all rights to compensation for damage or loss during transit. We securely pack and label all items to protect them but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by third parties unless covered by insurance. We always keep proof of shipment documents for each item sent.

All international purchasers are responsible for any and all duty, taxes, fees, etc. associated with their purchase. We declare full value for all purchases. Please be aware that our postage/shipping charge does include the costs we pay out for someone to package the item at our warehouse, the cost of the packaging materials, transport costs to the Post Office and of course the shipping/postage fee.
