14 Days of receipt Items must be returned within 14 days to Move Online Retail, 11 Stevenson Square, Manchester, M1 1DB for either an exchange or refund. Items must be sent postage paid. we recommend recorded delivery. If we are at fault on your order, we will refund your return postage. All items returned must be in new unused condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. Enclose a copy of your ebay invoice as well as your instructions. We will send out your first exchange item FREE of postage providing they are unworn and in the packaging they were sent out in. On second exchanges we do not offer the free postage this will be the standard price of £3.50.
