Matsui 1408R 1408T 1409R 1409T
2 of 2 found this helpful The 1408 is the older model, the 1409 newer. The 14 refers to the screen size in inches. R indicates remote control, T indicates Teletext plus of course remote. I've had a 1409T in the bedroom for about 6 years and it has performed perfectly. I've now picked up a 1408T for the kitchen. These are a basic set from the Currys and Dixons group. While they may be basic they are dirt cheap and the picture and sound is spot on. They operate perfectly with a Sky remote so I can control the Sky TV all round the house with the magic eyes. If you want an extra set for the spare room then you can't go far wrong with one of these.
