Business InformationPayment policy
We accept Paypal, Personal cheques, Postal Orders. Cash is only acceptable if we are contacted before the auction ends, and if sent by recorded delivery. Personal cheques are subject to a waiting period while the cheque clears - usually 7 - 10 working days. we will usually send you a message to let you know we have received the cheque and banked it, and then send you another message to let you know payment has cleared and the item posted.
Delivery information
We try to be fair with postage costs - we include a portion to cover the actual postage costs and time spent packing. We also offer extremely generous postage discounts on multiple purchases. Just e-mail us for details! We try to get all items posted within 2 working days, sometimes work does not allow this, but we would let you know! Weekends are not working days, so we rarely post on a Saturday. If there is a delay, or likely to be, we will always contact you to advise! Most items are sent 1st class, unless very large or heavy, when we will use parcel. We are happy to send items overseas, and our listings will detail overseas postage costs. If an item is over 2kg when packed, we will usually state UK ONLY auction, as items become very expensive to post over this weight. If you wish we will still give you a postage cost, but please contact us before bidding if the auction is listed like this, and you are outside of the UK, or we may cancel your bid!
Return policy
Returns are judged on an individual basis. Usually only if an item turns out to be faulty - but we do check all items before listing. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will do our best to sort out any problems. We are not responsible for damage caused by Royal Mail, but we will help you make any relevant claims.
