Item has not arrived swlker has nit posted the item. Selkee generated a tracking number on a sunday evening but did nit pass the item on to parcel force tracking shows details.

We apologised for Parcel Force not collecting the item on Monday 4th December, but our shop did say that we were closed for Annual Holidays from the 2nd until the 11th December and that we would resolve the situation upon our return. I understand that you have now received your item/s. We also offered you compensation in the form of ETR pads FOC
