Seller sent the film scanner incomplete (MA-20 was included in the box unfortunately, instead of the SA-21 as seen on photos in the listing). Later seller shows absolute incompetence and is unable to identify the missing component, even when it is shown to him on his own images. Instead of promptly approving the return request or sending the missing item, he begins to act difficult.
