I provide a quality service. I offer fragrances, skincare and Gift ideas for men and women at very competitive prices without taking away any of the luxury, sensuality and refinement that is synonymous with branded perfume and skincare.

I have worked in the retail sector for approximately 20 years mainly on the shop floor. I have sold brown goods, white goods, stationary, perfume and gift ideas to a wide range of customers.

I take payments via pay pal and other card suppliers, I don't mind receiving postal orders but don't really like to receive cheques because they take so long to clear.

I aim to send items out quickly and well packaged at a reasonable price which reflects the cost of packaging and postage costs I incur.

I make it my priority to process all my orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. I use Royal Mail, which typically takes from one working day depending of the delivery option you have chosen. If you have not received your parcel within 15 days the Royal Mail consider it to be a loss. In this unlikely event of this happening please e-mail me. I always have proof of postage to help with any claims. If you receive a wrong product, I ask you to send the item back using 1st or 2nd class postage. If you choose to use, any other service other than the one listed I will be unable to refund the additional cost of postage made by yourself In the event that you have won the wrong item and you wish to send the item back to me, I will refund you minus any costs I may have incurred. As a consumer you are protected by the normal laws of England , in particular The Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987

I would prefer to respond to emails sent via ebay. I do check these emails daily.

Testers are made available from suppliers. They are made by the manufacturer to help promote their perfume. Some of the Testers may not have a box or a lid. This is not detrimental to the quality of the product. All the testers we sell online have never been used and are completely authentic to the design house
